2. User Eligibility & Account Obligations

3. Products, Pricing & Content Accuracy

NASNO takes every reasonable effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, technical specifications, and prices. However:

• Color displays on computer and mobile screens may vary slightly from real-life items depending on monitor calibration.
• All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹ / INR) and are inclusive of applicable goods and services taxes (GST), unless expressly stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update product details and pricing at any time without prior notice.

4. Order Acceptance & Payment Options

Placing an order on NASNO represents an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed once we process payment or verify a Cash on Delivery (COD) confirmation.

We accept secure payment methods including UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery for eligible Indian pin codes. We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

5. Pan-India Shipping & Delivery

We ship across all serviceable PIN codes throughout India. Standard orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours. Typical transit times are:

• Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days.
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 regions: 4 to 7 business days.

While we work with leading courier partners to ensure timely arrival, NASNO is not liable for unavoidable delays caused by adverse weather, courier disruptions, national holidays, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

6. 7-Day Replacement Policy

We offer a 7-Day Replacement Guarantee for items that arrive defective, damaged in transit, or missing components.

To initiate a replacement, you must notify our customer care team within 7 days of delivery with photographic or video proof. Please refer to our full Refund & Return Policy for detailed step-by-step instructions.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website — including brand logos, graphics, text, icons, button designs, product photographs, audio clips, and software — is the property of NASNO or its content creators and is protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kerala, India.
